Exchange Policy
Thank you for choosing Wonder Esplanades Sdn. Bhd. as your preferred supplier. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with high-quality products. In the unfortunate event that you encounter any issues with your purchase, such as product damage upon receive, product liquid leakage, or product spoilage within 3 days of receiving the item, kindly send an email to helpdesk@wonder-official.com along with your order ID and tracking number. Please attach photographic evidence of the damage to assist us in reviewing the case promptly
Our customer support team will review the case and guide you through the exchange procedure. Please note that Wonder Esplanades Sdn. Bhd. does not accept returns or provide refunds under any circumstances.
If the exchange is approved, we will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you. However, please be aware that you will be responsible for bearing the shipping cost for returning the item to us. Once we receive the returned item and verify the issue, we will cover the shipping cost to send the replacement product back to you.
Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging that was included in the original shipment. Additionally, the returned product should not show signs of misuse, negligence, or deliberate damage caused by the customer. Wonder Esplanades Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to refuse an exchange if any of these conditions are not met.
